Payments

Flight training may be paid in advance or as training is received. Paying lump sums in advance for training, rather than per flight, can qualify students for our Course Price Guarantee as well as our school housing program. Call us to find out more about our installment payment plan.

All advertised course prices are discounted for cash payment. We can accept your personal check (if drawn on a U.S. Bank), travelers checks, or you may wire your payment directly to our account. For wire instructions, please contact Mazzei Flying Service at (559) 251-7501 or by email. If paying by Visa or MasterCard please write or phone for the undiscounted course price.

Refunds

Students may cancel their enrollment any time prior to school arrival without penalty or obligation. Within 3 days after the commencement of training, students may cancel their enrollment and receive a refund of all money paid, less an administrative fee of $150.00 and any training or housing costs incurred. The net amount owing will be immediately refunded. After 3 days from the commencement of training, all refunds will be made on the following basis: Student will receive a refund less an administrative fee of 10% of the course cost or $1,000.00, which ever is less, and the cost of health insurance if applicable. The refund is determined by multiplying the incomplete training hours by the current hourly rates. Housing fees, the cost of books and supplies, health insurance, audiovisuals, and other non-instructional fees for services received are nonrefundable.
